  1. Sponsor: Giveaway is sponsored by Ken Herbert Plumbing and Reading Heating & Air, 16 W Benson St, Cincinnati, OH 45215 (“Sponsor”).

  2. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.

  3. Entry Period: Begins on September 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2025.

  4. How to Enter: Complete the entry form available at https://www.kenherbertplumbing.com/water-quality-giveaway-2025. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

  5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a filtered water pitcher provided by Sponsor. Specific model and features to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value will not exceed $100. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

  6. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Drawing will occur on or about October 15, 2025.

  7. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by email and must respond within thirty (30) calendar days. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

  8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, logistical issues, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation or use of prize.

  9. Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All people that enter the giveaway by submitting an entry consent to marketing communications from the Sponsor and its agents, representatives, and partners.     There’s not enough space here to say how wonderful I was treated by this company, from the secretary to Ken the owner and especially Dan Guentz whom is the gentleman who repaired my drain and supplied me with video that he did the job.Super polite and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

    I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Ken Herbert Plumbing. From first call with the office staff, we knew we would be taken care of. They came exactly when they said, resolved the issue with ease. Jason was one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with over the years! They had our heat back on within a few hours after an emergency gas leak. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

    11/2/22...Our landlord called this company regarding a leak in our bathroom ceiling. A gentleman came out on 10/29/22 to access the situation. He came back today to replace the leaky pipe. Pipe has been replaced & water isn't dripping from ceiling above bathtub anymore. Much appreciated.

    Mike and his assistant did an excellent job of finding the problem. It was 2 fold. The took a snake and ran it down the kitchen sink pipe but it was still backing up. They then cut the pipe Wich had the air mechanical vent attached. Once they replaced that it started working perfectly.

  • Mike arrived at the agreed upon time in the morning. He was friendly and courteous. He showed me the trouble with the flush of the toilet right after removing the lid. Easy peasy. He also took the wiggle out of the toilet so now it is very secure and a tight fit. Solved the problem and clean up any mess within a half hour. Very pleased with the service and with Mike.

    An item was flushed down the toilet by mistake. It clogged the toilet. Called Ken Herbert Plumbing. MIke was here in less than an hour. Unclogged the toilet. He was friendly, and did the job promptly. He knows what he's doing. So happy with their service. They are great!

    I have used Ken Herbert Plumbing several times and they have been awesome. Last time I used them my toilet would not go down and they came out right away. When they were here I talked to the technician, Jay, about my garbage disposal. He said it needed to be replaced and he gave me the cost and also set up the appt with no problems. I used a different plumber to fix my toilet and within a week the toilet started to run again. Would call this company again when I have a plumbing issue. GREAT COMPANY AND GET TECHICIANS!
